First problems

During the development of the SQAP (Software Quality Assurance Plan), the first problems between the members of the group appeared. Yesterday during the final revision of the document, we discovered that after the meeting session of Thursday some members of the group continued using colors, forgetting that titles should be capitalized… Moreover, versions were inconsistent, we definitely need a mechanism to keep a track of versions, just Gmail is not enough 😉

Having noticed these problems, we have decided to be more careful in future documents (the next document we have to deliver is URD). We are going to keep the same «formal» format, so we have defined a template for the document and established the font, sizes and colors to be followed. To the versions problem we haven’t found a solution yet, as we don’t know any tool for tracking the changes of written documents. So, the best solution at the moment is to add our work to the last version received by email, even if it has been sent while we were already working.
